Oddly enough, I tried doing some bicep curls earlier today and my strength HAS improved the past few weeks; however, I also I did pull-ups and those stayed roughly the same. Take it for what it's worth, but again, this is more about cardio conditioning and muscle endurance more-so than raw strength training.
